Refund policy
At Branding Evolution Pty Ltd, we offer a wide range of products with no minimum quantities and encourage the purchase of unbranded samples initially to ensure they meet your expectations.
Our policy is to provide a replacement or refund for products with significant issues. However, it's important to note that refunds and replacements are not applicable in all situations.
Please note that refunds will not be issued for delivery delays or logistical challenges caused by vendors, or for production delays due to circumstances beyond Branding Evolution Pty Ltd’s control. Please be aware that the deadlines or delivery dates provided by us are estimates and not guarantees.
Once an order has been paid for, it is considered to be in progress. Delays in clients approving artwork will not result in the order being refunded.
In the event of issues during production, Branding Evolution Pty Ltd reserves the right to rectify these issues to ensure the product is fit for its intended purpose. This may occur regardless of any client deadlines or events. We will communicate with you during this process and work towards a satisfactory resolution.
The replacement product will be identical to the one originally ordered. Refunds will be issued in the same form as your original payment. We aim to process all refunds within 14 business days of receiving the returned product.
When assessing a refund or replacement request, we will consider the following:
- Was the product delivered without any significant fault and as per the description?
- Is the branding in line with the approved artwork?
- Does the product perform as per the description and, if not, can it be easily fixed within a reasonable timeframe?
- Is it unsafe?
Before returning a product, we recommend discussing your concerns with our team. Unfortunately, in most cases, branded products are not eligible for a refund.
You have the right to return a product if there is a problem and you would like our team to assess it for a refund. You are responsible for returning the product in its original packaging.
You are entitled to recover reasonable postage or transportation costs if the product is confirmed to have a problem (Freight costs must not exceed $30).
Branding Evolution Pty Ltd will refund the full cost of the item if the product is returned due to being faulty and significantly different from the product description. However, the product must not have been worn, used, or damaged. If the merchandise was shipped in error, arrived damaged, or defective, we will cover the normal ground freight for the return.
Please call or email (see below) before returning the merchandise to obtain shipping information. Include a copy of the original packing slip with the return, indicating on the back of the packing slip the reason for the return or the exchange requested. If you do not have the original packing slip, please include your order number.

No credit will be issued for returns found not to be faulty. If a product is returned in good condition or the issue is not deemed major, the customer may be responsible for the shipping costs for the return of the product.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the product has been significantly used or damaged after purchase, or if the return request is made more than 30 days after the purchase date.
Refunds are not available for Branded Products unless the item differs significantly from the approved artwork.
This return and refund policy is in addition to any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable laws.
